Made with the highest grade sustainably grown corn in Connecticut our gin is small batched and orchestrated from farm to bottle.
Our Award-Winning flagship craft spirit is distilled from GMO free Connecticut corn utilizing our proprietary blend of 100% natural, hand selected, vapor-infused botanicals. Crisp and clean flavored, it is perfection on its own or exquisite blended into a fine cocktail.
5th State Gin
Our seasonal Seville Gin is an essence of orange gin small batch produced using the essence of Spanish Seville oranges grown in the United States. The hint of orange makes it ideal on the rocks or with your favorite mixer and adds a richness to any cocktail.

We are passionate about our gins! We distilled passion fruit for our latest craft gin. An amazingly smooth gin which creates an enjoyable sweet and slightly tangy experience. Turn up the tropics with you next cocktail or sip chilled.
Passion Gin
Our Award-Winning gin with the addition of Tangerines and Madagascar Green Peppercorns. Your senses pick up the sweet orange on the front while enjoying the slight peppery finish as you swallow. Crisp and clean, it is delicious on its own or in your favorite cocktail.
Madagascar Gin
Whiskey
Our whiskey products have a rich creaminess that comes from the proper distillation of these 100% corn spirits. Aged in American Oak, using local corn make this a proud Fifth State offering.
Barrel Strength
Handcrafted in small batches from 100% Connecticut corn grown by Pleasant View Farms, a family farm in Somers, CT. Our corn whiskey goes into the barrel at a lower proof creating a rich & bold flavor. The all corn mash bill yields a creamier corn whiskey mouth-feel.
CT Maple
Our CT Maple Whiskey has a touch of pure aged Connecticut maple syrup added in the distilling process resulting in a subtle smokiness with an only every-so-slight sweetness. Connecticut corn straight from the field and maple syrup from the farm make this a truly unique sipping experience.

5th State Premium Vodka
Our premium vodka is bottled at 80 proof resulting in a pure and clean taste that pleases. Great on the rocks, with a splash, or in a cocktail you will be tasting the hand-made technique on the finish.
Specialty Vodka
Rob’s two unique brands of flavored vodka are his own creations and stand out among the flavored vodka categories. All natural ingredients allow the intense essences to come through.
Ginger Zap
The Ginger Zap vodka is a fresh ginger infused beverage that stands out in the spirits world. Bright ginger flavors shine in this craft spirit that is a unique mixing vodka for your favorite cocktail, Mule, Bloody Mary, or for the bold-on the rocks.
Simply Celery
The Simply Celery vodka is simply delicious and perfect for blending into a Bloody Mary, or other specialty cocktail where you want the touch of green and earthiness to add richness.
Handcrafted in small batches from a carefully balanced blend of cinnamon and our premium craft vodka. 90 proof and no sugar is added so you experience the taste of real cinnamon. Serve chilled or with apple cider (cold or hot). Taste like a red hot!

Our distillery also is our laboratory where we constantly seek ways to turn local products from our farm and craft-vendor partners into classic spirits with a twist.
Limoncello
At the intersection of tart and sweet, our fresh and handmade liqueur is made with 1/3 less sugar. Patiently made from the finest ingredients starting with CT corn. A traditional digestif, best enjoyed chilled or made into a longer drink with club soda. Handcrafted in small batches our unique limoncello is gluten free.
Chocolate XS
Our semi sweet, dark Belgian chocolate spirit elevates your mood with a velvety mouth feel and a dark roasted cocoa aroma. This liqueur has a deep and intense chocolate flavor that will both excite and please your taste buds with hints of vanilla, cocoa, cherry and citrus. An elegant liqueur that is ideally enjoyed as a martini or on the rocks. Gluten and dairy free.
Wonderful Water
Crafted from a recipe from 1800. Known as a “Compound Water” meaning a combination of many flavors to create a unique & bold flavor profile, we combine many fall flavors including nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and cardamom with a touch of sugar. These intense and warming flavors are best sipped chilled, with whiskey or eggnog.
White Amaro
NEW!
Rob’s latest creation with layers of bitter & slightly sweet flavors. Our amaro does not have any colorants, therefore, we call it White Amaro.
Gone almost as soon as they arrive, the Seville orange season runs from December to mid February. These knobby-skinned, bitter marvels when carefully sweetened make for a flavorful treat. Make a spiritz, drink chilled, or use as a triple sec for awesome cocktails.

Double Gold Winner - San Francisco World Spirits Competition, 2023.
Three things come together to make this Espresso Martini taste GREAT. The right coffee, the right spirit and the right proportions. We cold brew locally roasted Arabica beans that boast an earthy and fruity aroma for 16 hours. Hints of vanilla, cherry and citrus with the coffee makes a complex and creamy martini, best served cold or on the rocks.

Bee’s Knees
The Bee’s Knees is a classic Prohibition-era cocktail made with our Award winning Passion Gin, lemon and honey. It’s brightly flavored, lightly sweet, and just delightful. The phrase “bee’s knees” was popular slang used to call something excellent or outstanding. Chill & pour right from the bottle!
A perfect cocktail built with luscious Dark Belgian Chocolate of the highest quality, our whiskey and CT Maple Syrup. Silky and smooth with a fantastic dark chocolate finish. Shake well, serve cold and enjoy a rich indulgence!

A sophisticated and classic cocktail from the early 20th century is crafted with our own newly released White Amaro. No artificial colorings allowed by Fifth State, only the finest ingredients. Our White Negroni explodes on your palate with bittersweet and herbal complexity combined with our award winning Fifth State Gin.
